Sales statistics for the month of July this year in Provo Utah real estate has gone down 17.31% from the previous year. Number of residential units sold decrease from a total of 52 last year to a total of 43 this year.
Unit prices are still down from a year ago’s median sold price of $173,500 and original list price of $185,000 to this year’s median sold price of $161,000 and original list price of $174,900.
Residential units sold in July this year have a median dollar per square foot price of $96.24. Half of these units sold were bigger than 1,600 square feet. The typical home sold in this month has three bedrooms and two baths.
Provo Utah as of the moment has 575 units for sale in the market with 94 units under contract.
